The Digital PR Executive will be tasked with the implementation of digital PR and content marketing campaigns, increasing the overall visibility and website performance. They will also be responsible for earning content placements and backlinks for clients. Effectively working with a team, providing innovative ideas for the creation of digital PR campaigns. The ideal candidate will contribute to content construction for campaign assets and press release. The role requires results and is based around meeting targets within a specific time frame.

The Main Responsibilities of the Digital PR Executive:

  • Key role in the development and maintenance of the press database of contacts, using a variety of industries and topics suitable for clients.
  • Using email and phones services with journalists and editors to create and nurture relationships with the target of generating backlinks to respectable client websites.
  • Provide to ideation sessions with necessary members of content marketing and other internal teams.
  • Liaising with the content marketing team to generate innovative ideas for content marketing and digital PR campaigns to earn links from top-tier publishers.
  • Work alongside online influencers and bloggers for the development of client content and campaigns
  • Earn placements on PR and editorial publications, by distributing press releases and campaign content.
  • Produce client reports at the end of digital PR campaigns

The Key Skills and Attributes of the Digital PR Executive:

  • Previous experience in the development and the execution of digital PR campaigns
  • Skills to work in a team and under their own initiative, meeting individual and team delivery targets.
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Understanding the content marketing campaigns
  • A keen eye for content that is newsworthy and an appreciation for how journalist and editors work
  • Professionally organised, with the ability to learn new things quickly under a certain time frame.
