As the Marketing Department of the Property Buying Company based in Wetherby, we are responsible for promoting the business and driving the sales of its products and services across the Company. We support the Company in seeking customers who may wish to sell their properties to and through us, whilst targeting investors who are in the market to invest in high-quality residential property investment opportunities across the UK.

As a Digital PR Executive you will play a key role in the organic growth of our brand & acquiring links to improve our current SEO strategy. You will work closely with the rest of the team to create, develop, and deliver exciting PR campaigns in order to get high quality and relevant pieces of coverage.

This role requires an individual to be create in transferring ideas into campaigns as well as the skills of gathering, researching, and analysing data to facilitate high performing and creative campaigns. You should also be skilled at managing multiple digital campaigns whilst at all times ensuring deadlines are adhered to.

As well as helping to grow our property portfolio it would be an advantage if you have demonstrable experience of the property market and working in a fast-paced environment. You should have the ability to create, and deliver standout campaigns, which will generate interest, coverage, and links – ultimately increasing our online presence.

It is essential that you can demonstrate that you have experience of engaging with industry peers in order to maximise interest which will raises our brand awareness and able to promote the brand content. These skills should also incorporate the ability to brainstorm campaign ideas with your colleagues up to and including Directors, with the ability to create and write press releases.

Great time management although speed of delivery is critical to this role and organisational skills are essential as you will be expected to keep pace and, in some cases, stay ahead of the market.

In addition to a basic salary, which is commensurate based on experience, the role also offers bonus, a free on-site gym, pension, and free parking. Hours are Monday-Thursday 08:00am to 5:00pm; Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
