Job description

In this role you’ll produce digital analytics to help the Society make data-driven decisions in order to benefit our customer experience and commercial outputs. This includes using the latest digital tools and techniques to identify opportunities and make recommendations, along with supporting the development of new products and services.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with other team members, you’ll deliver continuous improvements to our digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for producing digital analytics and optimisation activities (AB/MVT Testing), making sure you track performance against agreed online KPI’s and providing actionable insight back to your stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who has experience using web analytics tools and the ability to understand, interpret and manipulate data from multiple sources. You’ll be an excellent communicator with the ability to present complex data to a non-technical audience.

The key competencies for this role are:
- Technical knowledge and experience in using Adobe Suite in a web analytics role (however experience using the equivalent Google tools will be considered)
- Analytical with a focus on problem solving and critical thinking
- Confident in mining large and complex data sets
- Experience in agile/lean methodologies for continuous delivery and improvement
