We are seeking Digital Marketing tutors to fill positions on our new diploma being delivered at centres across Cornwall in Falmouth and Bodmin, we are also providing a remote learning option to students in 2023/24.


Each centre requires 3 tutors to teach 1 day (5hrs). Successful candidates also have the option of travelling to other centres on different days and taking up the same position as part of our Access to HE team, thus increasing hours to 2 or 3 full days (15hrs). All courses run over an academic year (36 weeks).


The successful candidates must be comfortable teaching all aspects of Marketing, both traditional and digital forms, in line with Digital Marketing requirements at Level 3 as well as some business elements. The role is long term and on-going starting in September 2023.


Candidates must be able to effectively plan and deliver high-quality learning opportunities to groups of adults and young people on our Access to HE Digital Marketing Courses (Level 3), ensuring maximum retention of learners and achievement of qualifications/ learning goals. Tutors will be required to plan, deliver and assess students’ progress, track learning, monitor and encourage development and set targets.


The successful candidates will have a solid understanding of Access to HE Diplomas as well as their subject specialism. You should be competent in teaching and supporting at Level 3. Candidates should hold

  • a Degree or substantial subject knowledge – qualification in subject specialism at least one level higher than the level teaching.
  • Teaching Qualification(s) in line with national legislative requirements
  • English and Maths qualification at level 2 or above
  • Good IT skills
