About the role

You’ll work with 3-5 key clients to develop and run their online campaigns, and will be part of a tight-knit team of 12 digital experts. In some cases you’ll collaborate with colleagues on projects or campaigns.

About the clients

Clients are typically in B2B sectors, such as service businesses (e.g. financial services, property, legal) or manufacturing. They’re hire Bespoke to get results and outcomes from their digital marketing.

You’ll get to know them personally. We work closely with clients and build great long-term relationships with them.

About the agency

Bespoke is one of the longest established agencies in the north-west.

We’re an Investors in People digital agency and when you join, we’ll build a 3-year-plan with you so you have your skills development and career progression mapped out.

Useful skills for this role:

• Client liaison
• Campaign planning
• Paid social media
• Paid Google ads
• Email marketing
• Landing pages
• Lead magnets
• Copywriting
• Conversion optimisation
• Video marketing

Useful tools include Hotjar, SEM Rush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Analytics and Hubspot or similar.

If you aren’t familiar with some of these training is signposted for new staff, some are easily learned at home in the run up to joining the team, and some during your onboarding period after you join.

Salary: we’ve included a salary range on this ad but welcome applications above or below it. We’re more interested in the right personality to own the role for several years rather than a particular initial salary range.
