Niche Recruitment is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic digital marketer ready to take the step up to a strategic Digital Marketing Specialist role. Joining a well-established marketing team that acts as an internal agency to the wider marketing team, in this role you will be responsible for taking the brief and delivering a variety of digital campaigns, across social media, paid search, and SEO.

As Digital Marketing Specialist your main duties will be;
  • Constructing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Planning and implementing social media activities across all channels
  • Increasing online traffic by ensuring content is optimised
  • Regularly reporting on SEO performance
  • Advising on paid search strategies and managing the associated budget for maximum ROI
  • Monitoring overall campaign performance across all channels and advising on action needed to improve traction
  • Act as the resident digital marketing expert, sharing best practice with the wider marketing team

To be considered for the role as Digital Marketing Specialist:
  • Ideally 3 years plus experience within digital marketing
  • Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills, along with a solid understanding of content optimisation and SEO principles
  • A passion for digital marketing
  • Previous experience managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously
  • An impressive track record of growing reach and engagement of social channels
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Previous experience of utilising marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, DotDigital, or Campaign Monitor
  • A true team player
The role itself…
Playing a pivotal role in setting the digital strategy to enhance brand awareness and digital presence, you will be joining a dynamic team with a jam-packed marketing calender. As well as their in-house marketing team, you will also be required to work with other teams/stakeholders and agency partners to deliver all digital campaign activity.
