This is an exciting time at Bradford Theatres working with large scale visiting production companies such as Cameron Mackintosh Ltd, Disney, Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures, National Theatre, Northern Ballet, Royal Shakespeare Company and The Dance Consortium. There is also a wide variety of medium and small scale shows which visit the venues, including the best of British music, top stand-up comedians and one of the UK’s longest running classical music seasons, with the Hallé as resident orchestra.Bradford Theatres seeks the right individual to deliver comprehensive digital marketing support to visiting shows and generic Bradford Theatres-wide campaigns. The Digital Marketing Officer will play a key role in Bradford Theatres’ Marketing & Press team, managing Bradford Theatres’ website, social media accounts, email marketing and paid-for digital campaigns, ensuring that the online customer experience is smooth and user friendly.The post involves:
  • Leading on developing the functionality and design of Bradford Theatres’ website (and other micro-sites), ensuring an integrated approach between the website and Ticketing & CRM system (Spektrix)
  • Working closely with marketing team colleagues to plan and deliver regular compelling content on Bradford Theatres’ social media channels to support individual show and generic campaigns
  • Managing the integration between the ticketing & CRM system (Spektrix) and emailing software (Dotdigital) to implement email-marketing campaigns with appropriate monitoring and evaluation
  • Working closely with marketing team colleagues to identify appropriate platforms for digital advertising, including GDN, retargeting and paid-for social media campaigns; including comprehensive reporting on campaign effectiveness
  • Monitoring outcomes and delivering projects within budget and to tight deadlines
Applicants should be creative, collaborative, tech-savvy and results-oriented digital marketing professionals.
