Snowsare looking for an energetic, focused DigitalMarketing Manager to work in our Marketing Department based in Hedge End. The Digital Marketing Manager is a member of the Marketing Team and will report in to the Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will support in delivering a successful Digital Marketing strategy, by carrying out a range of activities that will establish, maintain and continually enhance the Group’s online presence as well as supporting the Marketing Team with Ad-hoc tasks which supports the Group with its’ goals and aspirations.

Your day

  • Oversee all aspects of our digital marketing including our database, email, and paid advertising campaigns
  • Manage the Digital Marketing Team which includes three direct reports – Digital Marketing Executive x 3
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Plan and manage our social media platforms
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director to improve marketing results
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Generate strategies that provide awareness of Snows Motor Group and their brands in the local market places
  • Manage our Group’s online reputation through Reputation.com

Social Media

  • Actively seek out relevant and interesting content from sources such as manufacturer websites, manufacturer marketing portals, and industry news sites, as well as directly from our Dealerships.
  • Schedule content for the Group’s social media accounts by publishing posts across multiple channels and to maximise efficiency.
  • Monitor and respond to all social and Google My Business interactions e.g., reviews/questions and notify the Dealership where applicable.
  • Continuously seek to identify key trends, hashtags and industry authorities with the aim to utilise opportunities to increase engagement.
  • Create, post and to monitor social media campaigns and boosted posts where required.
  • Download and distribute any leads received from the aforementioned paid campaigns, ensuring GDPR guidelines are followed.

General Marketing

  • Communicate with relevant Sales Managers on a weekly basis to update the demo stocklist and ensure the Group website is amended accordingly.
  • Manage the requirement of Dealership stationery materials e.g., business cards.
  • Maintain the Financial Conduct Authority register for all finance advertising.
  • Work closely with the wider Marketing Team to contribute ideas to support wider marketing campaigns.
  • Provide support when required for Sales and Marketing events.
  • Adhere to and work within GDPR at all times.

Essential:

  • Relevant Marketing or equivalent qualifications to support technical skills
  • Broad, current experience in a marketing or digital role or relevant field
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing


Desirable:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or equivalent position


Hours of work

8.30am – 5.30pm with an hour for lunch Monday to Friday.
