Who you’ll be working for:

We are proud to be working EXCLUSIVELY with this pioneering travel company hiring a Digital Marketing Executive. With over four decades of excellence in orchestrating unforgettable travel experiences and as a premier player in mass participation events, this business has been a driving force since its inception over 40 years ago.

Responsibilities:

The role of the Digital Marketing Executive encompasses assisting in the deployment and enhancement of the company’s digital marketing endeavours using a range of platforms, such as email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC. This role reports into the Digital Marketing Manager and takes charge of orchestrating, executing, and assessing the efficacy of their digital marketing initiatives.

By harnessing digital platforms and collaborating closely with the broader marketing team, you will create and execute potent digital marketing campaigns aimed at optimising interaction, conversion rates, and ultimately propelling the company’s expansion.

  • Execution of Digital Campaigns: Develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across diverse platforms, like social media, search engines, emails, and display advertising. These campaigns will promote their tour packages and services. You will collaborate with the wider marketing team to strategise and conduct imaginative email marketing campaigns. It will be your responsibility to guarantee accurate scheduling, thorough testing, and punctual launch of all campaigns.
  • Website Oversight: In conjunction with third-party web development teams, ensure the websites remain current, user-friendly, and primed for conversions. Apply modifications to enhance user experience.
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Refine website content and architecture to heighten search engine rankings. Undertake keyword research, evaluate SEO performance, and implement tactics to enhance organic visibility.
  • Paid Advertising Support: Aid in managing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising initiatives, including Google Ads and social media ads. This may involve collaborating with external agencies as needed. Track performance, adjust budgets, and optimise ad content to achieve improved outcomes.
  • Email Marketing: Curate, build, and maintain the email database within the Force24 platform. This encompasses ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and segmentation for targeted effectiveness. You will collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to uphold best practices, institute automated email workflows, and design lead nurturing sequences to optimise customer journeys, enrich the customer experience, and refine conversion pathways.
  • Audience Targeting: Employ demographic, behavioral, and psychographic insights to segment and target audiences skillfully. Tailor campaigns for distinct customer segments.
  • Compliance and Privacy Adherence: Ensure email marketing adheres to pertinent data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR). Maintain up-to-date familiarity with industry benchmarks.
  • Segmentation and Personalisation: Capitalise on audience segmentation and personalisation features within Force24 to direct pertinent email communications toward specific customer groups.
  • CRM Administration: Leverage the incoming CRM system to categorise customers based on demographics, behavior, and transactions. Design focused marketing campaigns and communication strategies that engage various customer segments through the Force24 email platform.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate digital marketing metrics, encompassing deliverability, engagement, and conversion rates. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to present insights and findings to the marketing team. These data-driven insights will be employed to optimise forthcoming campaigns.

Experience required:

  • Adeptness with digital marketing platforms, such as social media, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
  • Capability in CRM systems, with an understanding of capabilities and best practices, ideally within the travel industry.
