Digital Marketing Executive

Hybrid working

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced marketer to join a leading, growing and well-established organisation. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and and other members of the marketing team, the successful candidate will help manage the day to day marketing activity, including content writing, visual asset production, social media comms and digital campaigns.

This exciting role will suit someone with who is naturally creative, has a diverse skill set and has worked in a similar position already.

Role and responsibilities:

· Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.

· Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media.

· Coordinate with the digital marketing agency in paid campaigns

· Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimisation etc.)

· Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organise their distribution through various channels.

· Provide creative ideas for content marketing.

· Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools

· (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

· Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.

· Produce video content for use on web and social media.

· Write content for online and offline activities.

Skills and experience required:

· Previous experience in a similar marketing role

· Highly skilled copywriter - Able to write creative and compelling content for social media campaigns, website and mailers

· Social media expert - Able to create impactful social campaigns across multiple platforms.

· Excellent attention to detail

· Experience of using design tools (Adobe suite/Canva) and video editing software

· Good understanding of digital marketing (SEO & PPC)

· Self-motivated

· Able to work independently but also within a team.

· Excellent communication skills

· An ability to work effectively to deadlines.

Salary: £20,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
