A great opportunity has arisen for a skilled marketer to join a leading and well established
organisation, to work on a wide range of marketing activities across a number of brands.

Role and responsibilities:

· Create and maintain sales and marketing literature.
· Working closely with the sales team to co-ordinate events, seminars and product training.
· Managing the PR/content plans.
· Development of company website, including managing web developments, creating and uploading content, tracking and reporting on results.
· Manage sales leads generated from marketing initiatives, liaising with sales managers/business development managers and tracking conversion levels.
· Development of company Intranet to ensure high staff engagement and involvement.
· Development of the marketing capability in the CRM (Salesforce) including automated customer journeys and email marketing
· Customer analysis and reporting from CRM / Business Intelligence systems
· Monitoring of competitor’s commercial activity, pricing, and market changes.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Previous experience in a previous B2B marketing role with broad marketing knowledge.
· Good understanding of digital communications.
· Ability to build effective working relationships.
· Multi-talented team player.
· Copy writing skills/proof-reading/eye for detail.
· Excellent organisational and communication skills.
· Experience in producing market reports and documentation.
· Professional manner in dealing with customers, suppliers and company employees
· Experience in using google analytics and Photoshop (desirable)
· Degree in Marketing or related discipline (desirable)
