Job Title: Digital Marketing AssistantLocation: Liverpool
Salary: £ 22,000

This is an incredibly impactful role in a successful, mission-driven B2B company. You will have growth opportunities and be able to collaborate closely with other creative and engaged team members.
The purpose of this role to support the work of the marketing team across all projects and activities to help drive revenue growth and brand awareness. The role exists to support the product marketing functions through the creation of presentations, copy, blogs, sales collateral. Emphasis will be placed on ensuring a full calendar of content publication across all social channels. Organising both internal and external events is also important.
Requirements
What you’ll do
- Publish at least one blog and LinkedIn post per week
- Assist with the organisation, planning and delivery of two internal Arrow events per year
- Work with the marketing and product teams to ensure that all collateral is relevant, up to date and shared with the wider organisation
- Assist the marketing team with campaign and platform management
- Develop and deliver a broad range of marketing activity (predominantly digital, written content and social media) to achieve company goals, strategy and KPIs.
- Support the Product Marketing Manager with the creation of all types of marketing collateral including email copy, blogs, white papers, solution briefs, and social posts.
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
- Maintain the presentations, marketing materials and communications used by other departments.
- Provide assistance in terms of planning and logistics to customer and staff events.
- Provide support to the sales team for tenders, proposals and presentations as required.
Essential:
- Excellent creative and technical writing skills.
- Creative thinking and approach to problem solving.
- Prowess in planning digital marketing campaigns across a variety of mediums.
- Understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
- Ability to use software such as Adobe Creative Suite and have advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint and Publisher
- Great organisation and time management.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and report on successes
- Previous experience in a B2B digital marketing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or similar.
- Experience in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Knowledge and experience of working with HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics
