An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this thriving professional services organisation as a Digital Marketing and CRM Executive. The main purpose will be to oversee the day-to-day activities of CRM Dynamics, and so experience of data and CRM is preferred for this role. Alternatively, an Executive Assistant or Graduate (any discipline) with research and analysis experience gained within a Sales, Marketing or other business-related environment may also be considered for this position. This is potentially a hybrid work role (time split between office and remote environment) 3-month contract up to 21 hours per week (over 2 to 3 days, one of which must be a Tuesday). The successful applicant must be prepared to travel to the office or agreed location for monthly meetings, training and other business focussed activities.

Main duties will include: -

  • Administration lead on all activities relating to CRM Dynamics
  • Support and assist with development of Data Strategy and action plan delivery’
  • Data Management, monitoring and evaluation
  • Enhancing transparency to support the robustness of decision making
  • Utilise data to improve reporting, communication, processes, and analysis of information
  • Build and raise the quality of data within the database
  • Develop clear and user-friendly reporting techniques
  • Support the improvement of policies and procedures
  • Manage CRM marketing and sales automation and integration
  • ‘Housekeeping’ to maintain a clean and user-friendly CRM
  • Provide support and training to new and existing colleagues for CRM updates and changes
  • Actively engage within weekly and monthly meetings, creating agenda and relevant documentation regarding CRM Dynamics and associated activities
  • Reporting to the Directors regarding key trends, quantitative and qualitative element for improved transparency
  • Working to deadlines in a professional and timely manner
  • Ad hoc duties as allocated by Directors

The successful applicant will: -

  • Have knowledge and experience of relationship database, ideally CRM Dynamics
  • Be passionate about analysis of data, identifying trends and abnormalities where appropriate
  • Be confident with Microsoft Excel/Word and working with figures
  • Be process driven, with the ability to work with and to a brief / plan
  • Have an active and curious mind
  • Have research experience, including Quantitative and Qualitative analysis of information
  • Have strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Be able to make considered and informed decisions based on analysis of information
  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude, ready to roll your sleeves up and integrate within a small team
  • Be self-motivated and organised
