Digital Learning Architect - 41K (Perm) - Scotland

Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, a renowned public sector organisation, who has an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Learning Architect.

This role is permanent and will be based at one of their sites in the Central Belt.You will receive a competitive salary of up to 41,000 (DOE) along with a generous holiday allocation, pension and development opportunities.

This is a rare opportunity to join our clients Learning Organisational Development Team, who take a lead role in employee learning and helps to develop the knowledge, skills and talents of the organisations people.

What you will be doing:

• Working collaboratively with leaders, employees and project teams across the business, helping them to design and implement bespoke and blended digital learning solutions.
• Helping to shape, create and enable technology enabled learning environment.

I would love to hear from candidates who have experience of designing, building and implementing e-learning contentand have skills including:

• Learning needs analysis, learning Solutions Design and Learning Technologies such as Cornerstone LMS, Moodle
• Instructional and E-learning design, E-learning authoring tools
• Graphic design, Publishing tools and Animation and video creation tools
• Learning Impact Evaluation
• Project and change management and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholder and supplier management skills
• IT skills in MS Office 365

It would also be hugely beneficial to have a driving licence as travel around the Central Belt will be required.
