Our client is a leading National Law Enforcement Agency based in the UK. They require two Digital Data & Technology Officers to join their busy Team on a six-month contract basis.
The Purpose of the role will be to Support the running of the SM teams activities to manage supplier performance. The team is going through a period of change to align with the DDaT Target Operating Model (TOM). This role covers supplier performance management, working in partnership with the business and key suppliers to support delivery of services and manage supplier performance, through Supplier Management or Contract Management activities.
Key Responsibilities will be to:
  • As part of a thriving Service Performance function, this role is key to the collation of information from multiple sources, and the analysis against contractual obligations and service metrics.
  • Provide administrative support for all governance boards.
  • In support of our overall goal to manage the performance of suppliers this role is also responsible for managing interfaces, liaising with relevant suppliers, our finance team and key stakeholders.
  • The role also includes elements of delivery management and governance, providing information to the relevant governance boards and senior management team on the performance and financial status of key suppliers. Provide regular reporting and MI as required.
Skills desired for the role are:
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines and managing competing demands, whilst delivering to a high standard.
  • Excellent interpersonal or customer services skills and the provision of effective communication to relevant stakeholders.
  • Awareness of IT Service Management
