Barker Ross are currently recruiting for Process Operators for a Radiation shielding Manufacturer.

Our client is based in Chester CH1. (Full training provided)

Key details:
  • Responsible for carrying out the production of the manufacturing process in a production cell
  • Achieving the production targets set for the casting department on a daily basis
  • Highlighting and communicating faults which may cause production delay
  • Promoting and adhering to the company’s system and procedures at all times
  • Manufacturing of Radiation shielding and lead
  • Must be physically fit

Job Type: Full-time Permanent

Shift pattern:

Hours: 36 hrs week either Days - 06:45 - 16:15 Monday to Friday
Rotating Shifts: 06:00 - 15:00 / 15:00 - 24:00
All successful candidates must be able to work both of the above shifts

Salary: £11.26 per hour for days & £14.08 per hour for afternoon shifts

Experience / Certification:
Manufacturing / heavy engineering experience preferred but not essential.
