Our call centre agents are the digital voice of our business, the friendly person online for all our customers to interact with. You are responsible for shaping our customer’s experience with us on our digital channels.

How will you do this?

You will help customers with their enquiries via our Live Chat platform as well as across our social media channels, helping to find solutions for them. Using your people skills you will build a great rapport with our customers, making sure their experience with Atlanta and our brands is always positive.

A natural relationship builder, you will effortlessly interact with our customers, helping to resolve their issues, developing long term relationships and engaging with new customers. You are always friendly, positive and ready to help.

Meet your relevant KPIs, knowing what you need to achieve to succeed
