Role
To become the expert at JLL in building digital journeys and measuring conversion
Implement new customer digital journeys as part of the Product Team
Understanding priorities for new digital website conversion by working across the business
Hands on creating new website content as well as managing off-shore pipeline of work
Training off-shore teams on website CMS and best practices
Feeding back into the Product team changes to help improve website conversion
Working with the website Business Analyst to set up conversion reporting
Using external tools to help improve agile conversion where changes are needed quickly
Reviewing best in class digital conversion in both Residential and other industries

Requirements
CMS knowledge and practical experience building out digital content
Understand tracking and conversion metrics through Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics
Experience with UX/UI and page design principles
Worked with copywriters and designers
Worked on customer journeys and help design user flows

Bonus
Hands on with Google Data Studio or other BI platform
Practical experience with platforms like Unbounce and Hubspot
