What will you be doing?
We’re looking for a Digital Content Designer specialising in copywriting to join the Vodafone Business Digital Experience team in Newbury. You’ll be writing and working across a variety of platforms and products, helping to create and maintain effective marketing and customer-service related content.

You will work within an agile, multi-disciplinary team to create, update and maintain digital media assets such as web pages, responsive emails, display ads, banners, promotional/price changes, help and support content.

You will produce high quality assets that are accurate, timely and adhere to Vodafone’s design system and brand, with a particular focus on creating engaging SEO-rich copy across sales and service journeys and products. You will manage and publish assets using our content management system, and using basic html skills to edit links and revise copy.

• Comfortable with challenging deadlines, workloads and goals.
• Possess a passion for designing content in the simplest, clearest way, with the ability to demonstrate this through your work and how you communicate with business stakeholders and customers.
• Constantly looking to improve your creative output through user feedback and input from peers/senior content designers.
• Experience writing SEO-rich copy for the web and adapting your style across multiple digital formats
• Ability to work to a given tone of voice and align to a brand in your writing
• Experience of editing and publishing content using a content management system
• It is desirable to have basic HTML and image editing skills
