Vodafone Business Security GTM Practice (SGP) is dedicated to protecting Vodafone Business, its employees and customers. In support of this it’s essential that we provide a consistent approach to information security is across the whole of Vodafone Business.
SGP collaborate with a wide range of global stakeholders at all levels across Vodafone Group, Operating Companies, Partners and Customers. Working collaboratively to ensure the design, security, reliability and availability of our connectivity, products and services are fit for the future and align to the enterprise operating blueprint.

Role purpose:

Working on key customer accounts, you will act as a Security Officer, to manage our customers Information and Cybersecurity requirements within Vodafone, providing security leadership, security technical insight and ensuring that security is a facilitator that supports customer projects. The CASM will be the single Vodafone point of contact for security for the customer and will ensure the successful delivery of security services, as per the Master Service Agreement.

With us you will:

• Single point of contact for all customer security matters relating to Vodafone
• Monitoring and maintaining compliance to all contractual security obligations, including agreed reporting. Participate in customer security forums and provide management oversight of client security audits
• Collaborate with all Vodafone Lines of Business to champion our customers current and evolving security posture
• Security & Risk assessment and management of major change
• Responding to enquiries (Commercial / Service / Technical)

Apply if you have:

• Previous track record in managing customers within a Security team, personally delivering security advice, reporting and guidance to clients
• Good understanding of current and future Security landscapes and the challenges faced within different industry sectors to adapt to changing regulatory and legal frameworks
• Experience of working in multiple sectors (e.g. public, retail, utilities, financial etc.)
• Demonstrable technical security depth of knowledge in a variety of technical areas, e.g. DDoS, firewalls, PAM, SIEM etc.
• Must own, champion and proactively deliver against security obligations, providing regular accurate reporting on security status, risks and issues
