About Us:

Gee Hair, a growing name in the hair extension industry, is actively seeking a talented Digital Advertising Specialist to enhance our dynamic team at our headquarters in Cheadle Hulme, Manchester.

Role Summary:

As a Digital Advertising Specialist at Gee Hair, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative digital strategies and executing media buys to achieve our advertising objectives. This role involves driving strategic innovation and cultivating key partnerships to optimise digital media opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses 2-5 years of experience in digital media buying, with a focus on programmatic and/or social, A/B testing, and integrating various media channels to maximise campaign results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration (or equivalent education and experience)
• 2-5 years of experience in digital media buying
• Proficiency in programmatic and/or social media buying
• A/B testing experience
• Strong understanding of integrating media channels for campaign optimisation

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership and Development: Oversee and support the growth, development, and implementation of new initiatives for the digital advertising team.
• Strategic Planning: Interpret business objectives and develop effective advertising programmes across all digital channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
• Campaign Management: Guide digital media planning and execution, overseeing campaign creatives and managing advertising calendars. Pace delivery of campaigns to stay within budget and on track.
• Measurement and Analytics: Establish digital campaign measurement and analytics strategy, reporting on key performance indicators and diagnostic measures.
• Budget Control: Implement and maintain budget control throughout the entire digital advertising process.
• A/B Testing and Optimisation: Develop rigorous A/B test plans to draw critical insights for growth and optimisation.
• Reporting: Create monthly and end-of-campaign reports, including performance affidavits for digital campaigns.
• Market-specific Expertise: Understand and apply targeting and campaign structure best practices for each paid channel (Google, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, etc.).
• Innovation: Conceptualise new and innovative ads, collaborating with the creative team for development.
• Vendor and Partner Management: Evaluate, negotiate, and purchase online media opportunities, establishing and maintaining media, vendor, and partner contacts.
• Trend Monitoring: Monitor social, cultural, and industry trends and their impact on the industry and consumer behaviour.

Education & Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration (or equivalent)
• Technical training

Salary:
Competitive, up to £48,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
