Main Duties

Ensures excellent customer service is shown to every passenger in every passenger interaction whilst adhering to SSOW.
Is always approachable and helpful when dealing with customers
Observes passengers to identify needs and adjusts service accordingly.
Accurate recording of tasks in the Avtech system

Effective and efficient communication with the Operations Supervisor at all times

Ensure Host Desk is manned at all times and arrange cover when required

Ensure all Electric Mobility Aids (EMA) are tagged prior to going airside

Replenishes resources as required at key points throughout the landside area.
Ensure Health and Safety and security regulations are complied with.

To be successful in the role, you will need:
Excellent customer service skills with an empathetic and caring nature

Have strong communication skills
Be friendly and approachable and have a disability awareness

Self-motivated and reliable with a conscientious approach and excellent attention to detail
Be able to work as part of a team
Be able to work shift work including weekends.

You will also need:
The right to work in the UK
A fully checkable reference history to cover the last five years
The ability to pass a basic Criminal Record Check / Disclosure
