Design & Marketing Assistant – Blandford – up to £20,000

Our client based in Blandford are looking for a Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant to join their busy marketing team.

The main aspect of the role is roll out the new rebranded look and create high quality content for all marketing products. The role will involve creative thinking, customer engaging and writing and creating content. This is a dual role combing both design and assisting day to day operations in the marketing team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Designing a wide range of marketing materials for use in both online and offline channels.
  • Ensuring the brand look and feel and tone of voice is consistently applied and maintained.
  • Producing content for marketing materials, the website and social media.
  • Making website content updates using Umbraco CMS
  • Preparing and sending out marketing campaigns including Mailchimp emails and door drops
  • Working closely with the community engagement team to roll out community-based marketing activities.

Key Skills:

  • Degree in Graphic design or a related subject
  • Creative minded with the ability to write content.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MS office.
  • Copywriting skills
  • Photography and videography skills are desired but not essential.
