That’s why we need you to set the standard from the start, sharing your unique hospitality style and experience with the front of house team and ensuring that the restaurant fully reflects guest choice and expectations.Speed, efficiency and effectiveness across all areas of the restaurant will be the order of the day. You’ll be supporting a brilliant management team to take on daily operational challenges by effectively monitoring and coaching people on all aspects of service. With your help, our team members and supervisors will always be in high spirits and prepared to be as helpful as possible to colleagues and guests.Teamwork is a significant factor in sports. Is it high on your agenda too?Generating a strong rapport with guests and maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for speedy catering and great service requires a Deputy Restaurant Manager who is personable and passionate about the team getting things right first time, so your supervisory experience in a bar, hotel or restaurant setting will certainly help. And although people will be at the top of your agenda, you should be confident with numbers and have great analytical and problem solving skills.Developing employee talent is very important to us. From the start your skills will be recognised and rewarded with amazing benefits and career opportunities which could include running your own Center Parcs restaurant in the future.HOURS OF WORKWorking straight shifts, you will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts will fall between 8:30am and 11pm.As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.Essential RequirementsEXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Good financial awareness – stocktaking / rotas / analysis
  • A good level of computer literacy and analytical skills
  • Catering / Bar Management experience in a high volume restaurant/bar environment at Deputy Manager level or as Manager in a smaller unit
  • Good communication skills
