Position: Deployment PlannerBased: Haddenham, UKMain Responsibilities-Processing POs in the system - based on requirements in the system (SAP countries) or based on orders received (non SAP countries), liaising with material team to validate availability.
  • Organising Transport to deliver available products to destination (depending on incoterms), in liaison with local teams at destination.
  • Prepare necessary Export documents following ITC guidance
  • Link with 3PL and Import/Export agents when necessary - trouble shooting, enquiries, shipment follow up
    • CANDIDATE PROFILE-Degree in Supply Chain - Logistics or equivalent experience on the job
  • Some previous experience in logistics, transport, import-export processes or similar
  • Work experience with SAP/APO
  • Financial acumen is a plus
  • Efficient communication, Responsiveness, Time management, Prioritization, Problem solving,
  • Cross functional work and Stakeholder management, working under pressure and with tight deadlines, autonomy and proactiveness
  • Working knowledge of Power BI will be an asset
