Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for a Demand Relationship Lead to join our busy supply and demand planning team in Bathgate. This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

This is such a key role for GXO, and you’ll play an instrumental part in building and implementing a world class sales, inventory, and operational planning process across the network to improve customer satisfaction and profitability. You’ll also collaborate with Marketing, Contract Partners, and commercial teams to document, evaluate and produce forecast overlays to ensure demand consensus.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £42,000 per annum plus a company car. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
  • Work with Contract Partners to agree launch plans and initial forecasts for all new products and product substitutions
  • Monitor and control appropriate key performance indicators in order to achieve accurate management forecasts
  • Coordinate with the Supply and Demand Planning team to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels on promotions, product life cycles, special events and seasonal activity
  • Provide master data information to the Data Team using documentation/ templates for new products
What You Need To Succeed At GXO
  • Extensive demand planning experience
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles such as Purchasing and Supply Planning Forecasting
  • Direct experience of SAP Hana IBP, SAP APO, or similar high-end functionality Demand Planning systems
  • Ability to handle multi-level relationships and challenge key stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management with internal and external customers
