My client is a market leading IT Recruitment Agency who have been established for 8 years, due to continued growth they are looking to add Two Delivery Consultants to help ease the high level of vacancies they need to fill. They are a fantastic team with a relaxed and personable enviroment, Work closely with Account Managers/Directors to understand job specifications ✓ Source candidates producing a qualified shortlist for each vacancy, using database, LinkedIn Recruiter, Sourcebreaker and all available job boards ✓ Use advanced search techniques and head hunting skills ✓ Build talent pools of candidates whilst maintaining and updating the database ✓ Full candidate management:- Prepare candidates for interview and complete interview de-brief ✓ Generate leads for recruitment consultants to follow up ✓ Aftercare on all placements Clients ✓ Qualify vacancies with clients as and when required. ✓ Arrange interview schedules directly with clients. ✓ Gaining interview feedback from clients as and when required. ✓ Attend client meetings with senior members of staff. Training ✓ 12 week industry leading training program – ‘Recruitment Essentials’. ✓ On-going development and mentoring from industry experts. Rewards ✓ £20,000-£30,000 Basic dependant on experience ✓ Uncapped commission 25% on all placements ✓ Unlimited Holiday ✓ Regular incentives and competitions ✓ Quarterly holiday incentives ✓ Regular competitions & company lunches. ✓ Flexible working environmen Person 1-2 Year Sales Experience for junior level or 2-3 years for industry Would suit someone new to IT recruitment or somone who is looking to move from 360 role to a delivery role and still earn great money.
