Full Time - PermanentMonday - Friday (No Weekends)Sale25,000 - 30,000 realistic OTE of over £50k per annumOur established client based in Sale is seeking experienced Debt/ IVA Advisors who thrive on offering a professional consultative sales experience along with outstanding customer service skills and advice to your clients to join their growing team.This role allows driven advisors excellent earning potentialThe Role
  • Fact-finding on debt levels, investigating incomes, and establishing affordability
  • Speaking with live warm leads, understanding the client’s individual circumstances and expenditures Consultatively presenting debt solutions based on the customer’s suitability
  • Providing support along the customer journey until the IVA is submitted
Experience Required
  • IVA sales experience essential
  • Strong negotiating and closing skills
  • Strong communication skills with a good telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and planning skills
  • Computer literate with good keyboard skills
