Our well-established client based in the heart of Altrincham is seeking a professional administrator to join their Contract Care team.

This role would ideally suit a candidate who is able to demonstrate experience within the following areas:
  • Administration
  • Customer Service
The successful candidates will hold the responsibility to ensure that contractors around the world hold correct documentation including visas, travel documents, insurance etc

You would work closely with internal departments to ensure all deadlines are met

Build relationships with current and potential contractors

Audit documentation to ensure all documentation is compliant and in date!

Liaise with internal teams to deal with queries

Requirements
  • Excellent People and Relationship building skills are essential
  • Attention to detail is key
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competence in Microsoft
