BVS are looking for someone based in the northwest with the ability to travel to Bolton occasionally who is experienced in insurance to assist in the production, delivery and analysis of internal and external client MI and the administration of system databases along with auditing of claims.

What will your day look like:

· Using Microsoft Excel to produce MI reports within agreed timescales

· Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to seek regular and deliver feedback.

· Regularly validate the integrity of data produced to ensure accurate and complete

· Using analysis of MI and audits to positively Influence business decisions

· Work with the management team to ensure relevant development requirements are addressed.

· To handle confidential information in line with the company data security protocols & DPA requirements

· To ensure that production and distribution processes are fully documented for all reports in line with stakeholder requirements, to provide an audit trail and reference material for training as required

· Carry out audits of claims and provide feedback to team leaders to help improve claims quality.

Abilities And Knowledge:

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

· Ability to communicate effectively both technically and non-technically at all levels across the business.

· Insurance knowledge/experience, - understanding insurance policies and what they cover.

· Ability to prioritise conflicting activities and work calmly and accurately under pressure.

· The ability to work autonomously and under their own initiative.

· MI Techniques - data manipulation, data analysis, report production.

· High-Level of accuracy and attention to detail.
