What’s the challenge?

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity.

Putting the customer at the forefront of the journey, we aim to build and deliver CXM campaigns of the highest standard. To achieve this, our team have a passion for the customer and technology, whilst maintaining a focus on KPIs and contributing to the development of building hyper relevant communications across all customer touch points.


You’ll get a buzz from planning out complex journeys, building and delivering high quality CXM campaigns and actively contributing to broader teams such as data and insight to help drive customer loyalty.

You will support the Senior CXM Manager in developing our customer strategy, leveraging technology, data and insights to deliver personalised experiences that drive loyalty and value for our customers.

As a CXM Communications Manager you’ll be working either within a centralised CXM Campaign Team or multi-functional, agile delivery squad. You’ll lead the creation of world-class CXM campaigns, working with multiple, diverse stakeholders across the business from commercial to deep technical specialists. You’ll have a tenacious approach to quality and only be comfortable to send or put live campaigns you are proud of and those that will provide a brilliant customer experience.

What will it take to be successful?

Managing the conception, production, deployment and analysis of world-class CXM campaigns across email, push notification, on site and in app targeted content as well as performance channels. You’ll have a strong customer passion, be technically minded and have a desire to develop your career in campaign management.

You may have been performing a similar role in another company and will be able to demonstrate:

  • Hands on, previous experience of campaign management
  • Strong understanding of the potential to use data and creative to build world-class campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Good understanding of the technical elements required to build CXM campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills with high integrity.
