Location: Newbury (Average of 3 to 4 days office based per month, remaining days remote working)

You will own the commercial lifecycle strategy for the Large Business segment identifying the optimum points to cross-sell, upsell and retain customers. Responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial Customer Value Management activity across mobile, fixed, unified comms, IOT and cloud and security.

You will work collaboratively and proactively with the sales organisation identifying opportunities and risks and responding with targeted activities. Accountable for the delivery of consistently outstanding insight-led activity which drives value growth and reduces churn. This is an exciting, challenging, and fast-paced role with significant volume and revenue responsibilities.

What will you be doing?
  • Maximise the value of Large Business segment prospects and customers by designing and executing CVM activities through sales and service channels.
  • Drive improvement in Large Business segment revenue through the delivery of lifecycle campaigns and cross/up-sell activities.
  • Reduce Large Business segment churn through the implementation of cross-functional projects and activities. Support insight-led renewals and ensure all Large Business segment customers are proactively renewed.
  • Own and deliver the Large Business segment CVM commercial plan. Ensure that all activity is relevant, timely and targeted. Collaborate with stakeholders across sales and marketing to agree and implement activity. Take necessary proactive action to close any trading or demand gaps.
  • Track and report on the impact of all Large Business segment CVM activity making clear recommendations on how we can further increase commercial effectiveness and engagement. Drive a culture of continual improvement and optimisation.
Who are we looking for?
  • Significant B2B commercial or customer/direct marketing experience, preferably in Telecoms
  • Strong and proven commercial acumen, with previous revenue accountability.
  • Adept at interpreting data. Comfortable thinking commercially and analytically to define & deliver compelling commercial programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence and lead cross-functionally across all levels of the organisation and through a field Sales organisation.
  • Able to operate within a fast-paced, competitive and demanding environment. Strong project management skills. Enjoys focussing on priorities with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent B2B CRM platform.
