Role Purpose
The Customer Value Management Delivery team drive incremental revenue through data analytics to identify opportunities & risks on the VCS & central VGE base and run targeted campaigns & improvement activities. The primary focus is on cross/up/deep-sell plus churn reduction and improved renewal performance measured through incremental TCV and revenue and improved churn and renewal OCR & TCV.
The CVM Campaign Manager will play a key role through development of renewal, cross & up-sell activities and by ensuring that the sales & service channels have the right insights to have informed & relevant conversations with their customers.
Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
- Drive improvement in VCS/central VGE revenue (e.g. ARPU uplift, product cross-sell, prospect acquisitions) through delivery of CVM renewal, up, cross & deep-sell campaigns and activities
- Improve Customer Experience through development of CVM lifecycle campaigns
- Ensure required regulatory communications are executed in a timely manner while minimising the impact on customer experience
- Define the roadmap of CVM campaigns based on VCS/VGE strategy and campaign ROI and alignment with Marketing stakeholders
- Input to the analytics/models required to ensure effective campaign targeting & improved response
- Optimise campaign results through performance reviews and target, insight, process & offer improvements Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:
- Minimum 5 years experience in business marketing, preferably direct or digital marketing
- Commercial acumen
