Award winning online HR information provider, XpertHR, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive. At XpertHR (Part of the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Group) we provide indispensable industry information for the HR sector, empowering organisations to make the right decisions around their people management. XpertHR’s Customer Service team plays a vital role in proactively supporting all of our end users, driving their engagement with the product through a range of training and customer focused activities and ensuring that all of our clients are successful with their aims, objectives, and requirements. The Customer Success team is at the heart of XpertHR and supports the success of our accounts throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding of a new account and/or end user, to acting as a contact point for all user enquiries.

Customer Success Executive £26k with £3-4k Bonus

This is a key role within our Global Customer Service Team. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for supporting the success of our Tech Touch accounts throughout their lifecycle to renewal and beyond. Acting as a point of contact for our Tech Touch accounts and ensuring the completion of key deliverable events for these accounts. Alongside this, the Customer Success Executive will be responsible for answering incoming calls and email queries and providing support to all our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To take ownership and responsibility of our Tech Touch accounts throughout their lifecycle
  • Handling any renewal related queries for the Tech Touch accounts
  • To identify upsell opportunities where appropriate
  • Provides excellent customer service and ensures all client queries are dealt within the required SLA
