WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

For the Customer Solutions role you will be expected to liaise with Warehouse internally and will be responsible for contacting Amazon via their Vendor Central Portal, this will involve looking at Overdue P/O’s, discrepancies, managing the Inbox and using CRM

Through a pro-active and passionate approach, the Customer Solutions Executive will ensure that Amazon’s expectations are met and exceeded where necessary.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Excel basic functions
  • Familiarity of VOW product range is desirable, but not essential.
  • A Team Player
