Salary: Up to £24,000p.a.

Hours of work: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Location: Swavesey, North Cambridge

Kameo Recruitment is recruiting for a Customer Services Executive, with excellent communication skills and experience of processing customer orders. This will be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, with a proactive approach to problem solving and an ability to work collaboratively. Working within a highly reputable company the Customer Services Executive will provide sales administrative support to the Sales Managers and support them with ongoing sales and business opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities Of The Customer Services Executive
  • Communicate with customers daily via telephone and email, as well as liaising with other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the customers are continuously up to date with orders, despatch, and deliveries.
  • Understand stock requirements, stock forecasts and customer forecasts as well as liaising with the purchasing department.
  • Provide a high standard of customer care, developing strong business relationships with clients.
  • Provide bespoke data for customers and colleagues when required.
  • Identify customer complaints quickly, and ensure they are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
  • Continuously promote the business and its expertise to support sales activity.

Requirements For This Role
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Previous customer service/ sales administration experience is essential, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience of dealing with customers via telephone and email communication.
  • High attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office
