This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Customer Service Excellence accredited, Customer Services team.
We need people who have drive, energy, passion, and ideas to help us achieve an award-winning customer experience.
We are committed to improve the way people can access our services, providing a modern, more effective, and efficient online service whilst maintaining traditional channels (such as telephone and face to face).
You will be an integral part of our Customer Services team, serving members of the public, internal customers and our many partners.
