To Succeed, You Will Need To
  • Previous order desk and customer service experience
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in handling data entry
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to remain calm while solving issues and have the patience to de-escalate difficult situations
Job Description
  • Respond to customer inquiries, explaining sales offers and promotions, and resolving customer issues
  • Ensuring accuracy of customer orders
  • Provide product information and assist with order processing
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry efficiently
  • Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Be the friendly voice and face of our company, creating positive customer experiences
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
