Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £21,000

Location: Gloucester

My client is seeking a professional Customer Service Advisor, to join a superb customer services team based in Gloucester. The candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and customer focused individual, who is confident liaising with customers both over the phone and face to face. THE ROLE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR:

  • Manage customer expectations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure customer queries regarding deliveries are dealt with and reported to accounts.
  • Ensure the customer requirements sheet is kept up to date.
  • Accurate attention to detail when entering data onto the system.
  • Deliver exceptional levels of service always, over the both the telephone, face to face and via email.
  • Highly organised on a daily basis.
  • Book appointments in with customers.
  • Be able to work as part of a team but also autonomously.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR:

  • Computer literate.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Confident with managing customer expectations either over the telephone or face to face.
  • Experience of SAP would be desirable.
