We are currently recruiting on behalf of a local client based in Aldridge, Walsall for a Customer Service Representative on a permanent basis to speak with their customers in the UK and Ireland.

Your responsibility as a Customer Service Executive will be to answer customer queries, resolve complaints and always be on your best form to deliver a high service.

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable way
  • Offer support and solutions to customers adhering to company policy
  • Answer incoming customer queries
  • Stay up to date on new products, services and policies
  • Responding the email queries promptly
  • Inputting data in to the system with 100% accuracy adhered to at all times
  • Ensure accurate, timely and organised administration preventing errors
