Sanderson are partnering with a global brand who are a leader within financial services. They are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their Savings and Operations team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to current and new customers responding to their inquiries.Responsibilities Include
  • Problem solving and finding solutions
  • Assisting customers who are victims of fraud, theft, or identity theft in line with FCA Guidelines
  • Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with customers
  • Be able to learn and understand the products our client provides, and confidently respond to customer questions or requests in relation to these.
  • Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, ensuring that work tasks are cleared on a daily basis, playing your part in maintaining the exceptional customer service.
Key Skills And Experience
  • Customer service experience within a regulatory environment
  • 1 year’s financial services experience
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Track record of delivering excellent customer service, including the ability to handle difficult conversations with customers.
