Customer Service Representative - Full time ‘No weekends’ shift 37.5 hours

Are you looking for free weekends from your role and structure, even in a contact centre? We’re looking for good people, who are good with people to join our Customer Service team. Shift start times vary between 08:00am & 10:30am and you’ll work no later than 6.30pm. You’ll be dealing with a range of customers and there’s also a monthly bonus potential.

  • Shift pattern Rota: Monday – Friday no bank holidays.
  • The training will be on a full-time basis 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday 4-5 weeks

You must be available to start with us on 23rd August 2021 and no leave can be taken in the first five weeks of starting the role, whilst you’re training. The role is not available outside the UK and you must have reliable Internet/Wi-Fi connection.

What’s involved in the role?

The Customer Service Representative role is all about helping customers, with a focus on quality. Reporting to a Team Leader, you will utilise a range of in-house IT systems to ensure we maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

You’ll join our Contact Centre Team, dealing with a range of enquiries. Following your training program, you’ll be providing customer support and responding to queries by telephone, web chat, email, social-media and mail to our customers who could be: shareholders, employee share plan participants, agents, landlords, tenants, employers, parents, care-providers and customers.
