Fantastic opportunities are available for Customer Service Consultants to work at a well-established Insurance company within Wilmslow.

As a Customer Service Consultant you will act as a first point of contact for incoming calls into the business. You will resolve customer queries where possible and log more complex queries for resolution.

Role Duties
  • Maintaining thorough and accurate customer service records
  • Updating internal systems and databases
  • Keeping confidential records private and secure
  • Working with customers via Telephone
  • General Administration tasks

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Good Time Management and Organisational Skills
