We’re looking for excellent communicators with excellent customer service skills to join us in our Motor and Recovery team.

Responsibilities

· Obtain and submit claim forms promptly

· Establish and maintain relationships with customers

· Perform day-to-day administrative tasks

· Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

· Previous customer service experience essential

· Previous claims experience preferred but not essential, training will be provided

· Maintain a positive working attitude

· Ability to work well under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.00 per hour
