Customer Service Advisor

Candidate Location: London

Salary: Up to £24,000

  • Market leader in the distribution of chemicals for a variety of industries and clients
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Pension
  • Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

THE OPPORTUNITY:

  • You will be the primary contact for allocated customers
  • Process delivery and purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate pricing information for customers
  • Process customer enquiries and escalate to relevant internal teams

THE CANDIDATE:

Essential:

  • Good administration and organisation skills
  • Experience in a fast paced environment
  • Great telephone manner
