A Midlands based local authority are looking for a full time Customer Service Advisor within their busy HR Team
Having excellent customer service skills, you will answer telephone and email queries from their customers about all aspects of the HR and Payroll service.
Key aspects of the roles are:
Excellent customer service to their customers via phone and email
Continuous improvement - looking for ways for customers to self-serve and reduce demand
Working as part of one of the teams based within the service centre
Resolving customers queries and questions around payroll, recruitment, and other HR subjects

Key Requirements for the role are:

Customer Service experience
Telephone and email handling
Word/Excel skills
Team working
Accuracy and attention to detail
Willingness and ability to learn tasks at a fast pace

37:00 (hr:min) hours per week:

Monday: 09:00 - 17:30 (60 minute lunch)
Tuesday: 09:00 - 17:30 (60 minute lunch)
Wednesday: 09:00 - 17:30 (60 minute lunch)
Thursday: 09:00 - 17:30 (60 minute lunch)
Friday: 09:00 - 17:00 (60 minute lunch)
You must be available for an Immediate start
Temp initially
Home working currently
Offices are based in central Warwick.
