Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £19,760

Start Date: January 2022

Location: Binley, CV3 2SN (Onsite working)

Hours: 40hrs per week, between 08:00-20:00, Monday-Sunday on a Rotated basis, working 2 in 4 weekends.

Breaks: 60-mins unpaid lunch break + x2 15mins paid breaks

Tsys Managed Services (TMS) offer financial solutions in the form of customer service, through our outsource contact centres on behalf of Banking and Building Societies in the UK and Europe such as Nationwide, Virgin Money, Metro Bank and many more. We are part of a larger worldwide organisation called Global Payments who operate in over 80 countries worldwide offering payment solutions.

In this role you will be answering inbound calls on credit card payments and account related requests from our Clients Customers e.g. card activations, payments, and name and address updates for card holders.

Main Duties

· Answering incoming telephone calls.

· Providing excellent customer services at all times while building and maintain a professional relationship with customers.

· Processing card payments.

· Logging and processing of complaints.

· Raising issues and potential problems with management

· Working with other internal teams to provide a streamline experience for customers

Core Skills

· Customer service experience (face to face or telephone)

· Excellent communication and listening skills

· IT literate

· Ability to work as part of a team

· Ability to work under pressure

· Good telephone manor

· Customer focused and results orientated
