Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Skelmersdale

Salary: £20,000

Full Time position – guaranteed full time hours

This role is so much more than just customer service. You’ll be joining a friendly and engaging team, speaking with our existing customers and new customers about our vast range of hygiene products and services, and building on those relationships. Looking after our customers is at the heart of what we do, so your ability to confidently and comfortably speak with our customers is essential. We work hard to retain their valued custom by listening, engaging with them and resolving their queries.


You’ll be supported by a dedicated team of like-minded people, and we are keen to help you develop in your career with us too, such as NVQs to help enhance the skills you already have and to learn new ones. Naturally you will be dealing with customers enquiries and sometimes these will be complex – that is why we need someone with your balance of customer care and resilience to see a task through to our customers satisfaction.

The hours are great too – you’ll be working Monday to Friday on guaranteed full-time hours, with opportunities for overtime.


A day in the life of a Customer Service Advisor at Direct365, and what you’ll need:


  • You’ll be talking to our customers every day on our contact centre.
  • You’ll need to have strong communication skills - we’re looking for someone who can have great conversations by phone and e-mail.
  • Basic computer skills are really important too, and we’ll help you learn the rest.
  • Experience in a contact centre would be an advantage, ideally demonstrating longevity in a contact centre role.
  • Most important is a can-do attitude, someone who really cares and takes pride in their work
