We are seeking a professional and committed individual to join our growing client service division of the retail business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceptional customer service and the ability exceed client’s expectation. Our specialist client services team deliver client support, technical support, system support and complaint resolution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support fulfilment of art Purchased UK and Internationally.
  • Support and conclude customer enquiries (telephone and email).
  • Motivated
  • Great rapport builder
  • Fantastic Client service skills, including excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Superb problem solver
  • Great IT skills including CRM systems.
  • Managing off-loads and their order book.
  • Support the client service department.
  • Conclude client calling regarding complaints/queries/damages and deliveries.
  • Record status of complaints on internal systems
  • Produce reports to detail status of complaints
  • Liaise internally and externally to resolve complaints
  • Managing expectations on lead times.
  • Liaise and arrange overseas deliveries and collections DHL/TNT.
  • Flexible to work one weekend per month.

Essential:

  • A professional telephone manner
  • Familiar with Excel/ letter writing/ email responses and being an ambassador for the brand
  • Prioritising a busy workload
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer service experience
