Customer Care Advisor - Telford

One to One Recruitment is proud to be working with an established, large yet friendly company called Orbit Collections in Telford. Do you have the following?

  • A professional telephone manner, strong communication skills with a flair for conversation
  • Excellent listening, problem solving and IT skills
  • The ability to take ownership of calls through to resolution
  • Understanding and patience
  • The flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and desire to work in a supportive, fun and friendly team

You don’t need any technical expertise, but you should have a natural flair for conversation. In return you will be given the best training there is to offer, by our inhouse training team. Our training specialists will:

  • Provide you with the knowledge of the industry
  • Teach you the IT skills required to update all in-house customer management systems
  • Build your confidence to work towards individual and team goals.
  • The ability to understand their customers’ needs

Salary: 37.hrs (£18,751) OR 40 hrs (£20,009)

Holidays: 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with service

Hours: Potential ability to work flexibly between the office and at home (subject to homeworking criteria)
